 This isn't a booking app. It's protected travel—someone is accountable for the whole journey.

How it works

When you plan a journey through ClearGate:

1. You're assigned a Journey Manager — a person who coordinates everything
2. Your trip is monitored proactively — we watch for disruptions before you do
3. If something breaks, we fix it — rebooking, ground support, family updates
4. You're never alone in the system

From departure to arrival, someone is responsible.

 What makes this different

 Most travel services sell tickets and wish you luck.

 ClearGate takes responsibility:

• Human accountability — Journey Managers, not algorithms
• Proactive intervention — We handle disruptions before they cascade
• Ground coordination — Meet-and-assist partners at key airports
• Family updates — We keep everyone informed

 If something goes wrong, you don't negotiate with systems. We handle it.

Service levels

 ClearGate offers three levels of coordination:

Essential — Booking + support line Protected — Full journey monitoring + proactive management Guardian — Door-to-door coordination with ground handling

 How responsibility is assigned

 ClearGate operates under clear principles:

• We're responsible for journey coordination, not airline operations
• We intervene when disruptions affect your trip
• We coordinate ground partners but don't provide ground services directly
• We maintain continuity even when systems fragment
